WHM packages are reusable templates for cPanel accounts. They can define disk, bandwidth, domain/email/database limits and the feature list available in cPanel.
Step by step
- Open WHM → Packages → Add a Package.
- Choose a stable package name that does not contain a price you may later change.
- Set disk and bandwidth allowances plus the account limits appropriate for the product you sell.
- Select the desired feature list and any email limits you are permitted to control.
- Save the package, then use it when creating new accounts.
Important
Package options available to a reseller depend on upstream privileges. “Unlimited” settings may be restricted even if WHM displays other package controls.
Checks and troubleshooting
When changing a product, decide whether existing customers should also be moved/modified. Editing a package and changing individual accounts are different operational decisions.
