This policy describes HostLaunch's voluntary money-back guarantees. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. 30-Day Hosting Guarantee
New Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting and Premium WordPress Hosting services are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee beginning on the service's initial activation date.
2. 14-Day Reseller Hosting Guarantee
New Reseller Hosting services are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee beginning on the service's initial activation date.
3. Introductory Period Only
Each guarantee applies once to the original activation of the service. It does not restart when a service renews, enters a new monthly or annual billing period, is upgraded, downgraded or otherwise changed. A service that has been active for six months does not receive a new refund period when the next renewal is paid.
4. Renewals and Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation in accordance with their service terms to prevent future renewals. Cancellation after the introductory guarantee has expired does not by itself entitle the customer to a refund of a renewal or previously used service period.
5. Excluded or Separately Charged Items
Unless required by law, the hosting money-back guarantee does not automatically refund third-party or non-recoverable costs, domain registrations or renewals, licences, dedicated IP charges, email filtering, completed migration or setup work, or other separately supplied add-ons. WHMCS Installation is non-refundable once the installation work has begun or been completed.
6. Abuse and Policy Breaches
The voluntary money-back guarantee may not apply where a service is terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, unlawful activity or a material breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, subject always to rights that apply by law.
7. Requesting a Refund
Refund or cancellation requests should be submitted through HostLaunch support and should identify the affected service. Eligibility is measured from the service's original activation date.
