These Terms of Service apply to services supplied by HostLaunch. By ordering, renewing or using a service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Acceptable Use Policy and Unlimited & Unmetered Services Policy.
1. Services
HostLaunch supplies hosting and related services including Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Premium WordPress Hosting, Reseller Hosting, Email Services and Radio Hosting. Features, limits, locations and prices are those stated for the selected plan at the time of order, subject to these Terms.
2. Third-Party Infrastructure
HostLaunch may provide services using third-party data centres, networks, control panels, software licences and upstream hosting infrastructure. Applicable technical, security and acceptable-use requirements of those platforms form part of the reasonable conditions of service. We may move or reconfigure infrastructure where reasonably necessary to maintain or improve a service.
3. Orders and Verification
Submission of an order does not require HostLaunch to activate it immediately. We may review orders for fraud, abuse, payment risk, inaccurate information or technical suitability and may request reasonable verification before activation. We may reject or cancel an order where verification cannot be completed or where we reasonably believe the order presents a fraud, abuse or security risk.
4. Payments and Renewal
Charges are due according to the billing cycle shown on the order or invoice. Where payment is manual, service activation may be held until HostLaunch has verified receipt. Customers are responsible for keeping billing and contact information current and for paying renewal invoices when due.
5. Activation and Provisioning
Some services are provisioned automatically and others manually. Provisioning times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Reseller Hosting may require manual setup and entry of account credentials before activation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, website/application security, lawful use, maintaining suitable independent backups, and activity performed through your service. Reseller customers are also responsible for accounts and users they create beneath their service.
7. Acceptable Use and Fair Use
Use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy and, where applicable, our Unlimited & Unmetered Services Policy. We may take proportionate action to protect customers, infrastructure, networks or third parties.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict a service for non-payment, security incidents, abuse, material policy breaches, unlawful activity or where continued operation presents a material risk to the platform or others. Where practical for non-urgent matters, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
9. Backups and Data
Unless a service expressly states otherwise, backup systems are provided on a best-efforts basis and are not a substitute for the customer's own backups. Customers should maintain independent copies of important data. On termination, access to service data may cease and data may subsequently be deleted.
10. Refunds and Cancellation
Our voluntary money-back guarantees and cancellation rules are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The applicable guarantee is measured from the service's initial activation date and does not restart on renewal.
11. Availability
We aim to provide reliable services but internet hosting can be affected by maintenance, faults, attacks, upstream failures and events outside reasonable control. Any specific service-level commitment published for a product will apply according to its stated scope and exclusions.
12. Changes to Services and Terms
We may make reasonable changes to services, infrastructure or these Terms to reflect operational, security, legal or upstream requirements. Material changes will be published and, where appropriate, communicated to affected customers.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through our Contact page or customer support system.
